I already said that the car would come to the airport, and told car rental to send their car on airport with their representative with my name was written on a paper and took us from the airport and leave to the hotel. They do the same thing and we safely reach the hotel.

What happens when customer cancel the reservation?

To confirm booking customer is required to pay a deposit of 25% of the total car hire balance, in case of any cancellations you will be charged the 25%. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival you will be charge the full balance amount of your booking.

What is the fuel policy is there any additional charges on arrival?

Fuelpolicy is that customer will receive the vehicle on a full tank of fuel and you are required to return the vehicle with a full tank as received.
