I already said that the car would come to the airport, and told car rental to send their car on airport with their representative with my name was written on a paper and took us from the airport and leave to the hotel. They do the same thing and we safely reach the hotel.

What should I do if I have a problem with my car?

All technical maintenance and periodic maintenance are carried out by car rental services. Should it still come to a technical breakdown, we are 7/24 hours reachable for you. Our call centre will first try to help you over the phone. If this does not help, a breakdown service will be sent instantly. If your vehicle lasts longer than 12 hours in the workshop, another vehicle will be allocated to you.

Can another person drive a rental car?

No, customer must not. Persons who want to drive the rental car must sign as the tenant in the contract with and submit your files regarding the lease. In the case under the control of the third persons who are not in the car lease, should a transfer of the car, or damage remission happen to the vehicle, they will take over the costs. With alcohol or drugs at the wheel you will take over the responsibility. Even the deadline where the vehicle is no longer to be mediated with respect to the matter, these fees are collected from the customer.

What happens when customer cancel the reservation?

To confirm booking customer is required to pay a deposit of 25% of the total car hire balance, in case of any cancellations you will be charged the 25%. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival you will be charge the full balance amount of your booking.

What is the fuel policy is there any additional charges on arrival?

Fuelpolicy is that customer will receive the vehicle on a full tank of fuel and you are required to return the vehicle with a full tank as received. If the car is not returned full, Luxury Car Rental Dubai the hirer is responsible for the cost of refuelling the car plus an administrationfee. The car must be refuelled within 5km of the airport to which it's being returned.
